In order to promote the best level of care and the highest standards of service, Waxham House regularly takes into account the views of the residents, relatives and visitors and other members of multidisciplinary teams, such as doctors, district nurses, chiropodists.  In addition we question our own staff via questionnaires, surveys and informal conversations.
