Our Fees

Our daily bed fee depends largely on the level of care required.   Prior to admission  an assessment of the Service User's needs is carried out and the level of care is agreed with either, the service user, family member or the Care Manager.

Once we have all this information then a cost for the care package will be determined by the Manager of the home. Some Service Users admitted to the Waxham House via Social Services may be subject to a top-up fee paid by a Third Party. This is to offset the differential between that of what the Home normally charges and the amount paid in fees by Social Services.

Charges, including Third Party Payments and top-ups to meet additional costs, will be reviewed twice annually in order to keep pace with inflation; and/or to cover the costs of meeting specific statutory or other requirements coming into force; and/or to meet the costs of a demonstrable change in the Service User’s  care needs.
