Our Staff

Under the supervision of a highly experienced and skilled management team, our staffs provide a 24 hour care on a friendly and informal basis.  Waxham House is managed by Ms Jamie Bunter who has achieved an NVQ level 3 and 4 and has also completed the Registered Managers Award.  Jamie won the Apprentice of the Year Award in 2005 for the Isle of Wight and was also awarded the Learning Achievement Award by the Isle of Wight Care Learning Centre.

Full training into quality issues is ongoing and staffs are tutored towards standards set out and leading to National Vocational Qualifications. Over 70% of have achieved an NVQ level 2 and 3 in Care.
