Waxham House is just a few steps away from the main bus route which offers regular communications to Ryde Town Centre, The Esplanade, Seaview and the towns of Shanklin and Sandown.  The railway station at Ryde St Johns is within a 15 minute walk and this runs a service from Ryde Pier Head through to Shanklin.

Our position within the town allows access to all the facilities of Ryde and we are located next to a popular church.  The popular Puckpool Park and Appley Sands are within a 20 minute walk, as is Appley Manor Hotel and pub.
